As a reward, next Thursday, October 18th will be PJ and Stuffy Day (we told students Wednesday, but after looking at the calendar, we decided Thursday would be better - please pass this along to your child)!!!! Students are welcome to come to school in their pjs next Thursday, October 18th, as well as bring a stuffy! We are encouraging students to bring a stuffy that can have a sleepover at the school on Thursday night (only the stuffies will be staying overnight). Since the stuffy will be staying over, it would be best to choose a special stuffy that your child doesn't need to fall asleep at night! We will also be using our stuffies the next day for some learning activities in the classroom.

Yesterday we had the students survey their classmates to decide which reward we would like as a class. The choices were: stuffy day, PJ day, stuffy/PJ/blanket day, Halloween party, Halloween science experiments or show and tell day. After collecting and graphing our data, Room 16 wanted stuffy day, and room 15 wanted PJ day, so we decided to combine and celebrate our first classroom reward with PJ/Stuffy Day! Here are some examples of our data collection from yesterday:
