Stuffy Sleepover!

We had so much fun in room 15/16 today. Our stuffies spent the day exploring the school with us, learning what Grade 1 is all about. This morning we made settings and told stories with our stuffies. Here are some of our settings:

This afternoon we talked about needs and wants. The students were asked what their stuffy would need tonight for their sleepover at school. Students spent the afternoon creating beds, sleeping bags, toothbrushes, toothpaste, showers, toilets, sleep masks, food, water and shelters for their stuffies. Our boys and girls definitely care a lot about their special stuffies!! After all of our hard work, the stuffies got tucked into bed for the night. We gave them a hug and kiss, some students even sang their stuffy a lullaby. One of the stuffies was snoring before the bell rang! Here are some pictures of our stuffies getting ready for their sleepover:

The lights are out now and ALL the stuffies are all sleeping soundly! See you tomorrow Grade 1s!
